Course Description

Being able to communicate effectively in a new community involves much more than just having the right words and grammatical structures. A crucial part of language learning is also learning the culture that goes with it. In this series of mini-courses, we’ll be looking at different aspects of how cultures can differ from one another, which will give you the tools to understand why you might get confused, and why others might behave in ways that are “foreign” to you.
